Jen serves as Director of Sales Operations for GCB Medical Supply, where she plans and executes many aspects of day-to-day operations and account management, including project plans for product trials; comprehensive implementation plans; product development efforts; and overseeing daily communications with GCB’s manufacturing sites. Through her commitment to customer satisfaction and understanding the varied needs of our health system partners, Jen’s primary goal is to facilitate the team’s success in providing exceptional value and quality to customers. Jen partners cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and a high level of service across all accounts. With over 10 years of experience in health care, with a focus on philanthropy and project management, Jen feels especially connected to GCB’s efforts to elevate women and children both locally and globally. Jen graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a double major in Communication and Spanish.
